gpeeya Terms & Conditions – Legal Agreement for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gpeeya ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the gpeeya website located at gpeeya.cam and all related services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing any portion of the gpeeya platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services and may not create an account or participate in any gaming activities offered by gpeeya.

gpeeya reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the gpeeya.cam website. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To use gpeeya, you must be at least 21 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. gpeeya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent account closure.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

gpeeya's services are intended exclusively for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account creation and gameplay. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gpeeya employs geolocation technology to verify player location. Attempts to circumvent such technology may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with gpeeya, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile telephone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, or other acceptable form)

You agree to keep your account information up to date and to notify gpeeya immediately of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with gpeeya. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, false identities, or information belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited. gpeeya employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, and all funds, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gpeeya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You agree to notify gpeeya immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. gpeeya is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

gpeeya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks), InstaPay, PESONet, and over-the-counter cash deposit facilities including 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for promotional purposes.

All deposits are credited to your gpeeya account instantly, subject to processing by the payment provider. gpeeya does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, GCash, Maya, or other payment service.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your gpeeya account at any time, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, gpeeya will work with you to arrange an alternative method.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya transfers during business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Manila time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 2 hours during banking hours and may take up to 24 hours for completion depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

3.3 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

Before processing your first withdrawal, gpeeya requires verification of your identity and payment method. You must submit clear, legible copies of a government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding the ID. Additional documentation, such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), may be requested at gpeeya's discretion.

Verification typically completes within 30 minutes during business hours. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed automatically without additional documentation unless there is a change in account details or suspicious activity is detected.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

gpeeya is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. We comply with all applicable Philippine laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended, and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. gpeeya reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay or refuse withdrawals, freeze accounts, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing any wagers. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or any other issue that affects the fairness or outcome of a wager, gpeeya reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund stakes to player accounts. This includes but is not limited to software glitches, server failures, display errors showing incorrect odds or payouts, and communication failures that prevent proper game operation.

If a malfunction occurs after a game round has begun but before it is completed, gpeeya will attempt to restore the game to its prior state. If restoration is not possible, the wager will be refunded. You agree that gpeeya is not liable for any loss of potential winnings due to malfunctions, and refund of the original stake is the sole remedy.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

gpeeya reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of account termination, gpeeya may withhold any outstanding withdrawals and confiscate any remaining balance if the termination is due to breach of these Terms.

If your account is terminated for reasons not involving fraud or breach of Terms, gpeeya will return any remaining balance to you minus any applicable fees. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gpeeya platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audio-visual materials, is the property of gpeeya or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from gpeeya without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of gpeeya's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

gpeeya's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. gpeeya does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gpeeya, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if gpeeya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to cease using gpeeya and close your account. In no event shall gpeeya's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of gpeeya's services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gpeeya regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without gpeeya's prior written consent. gpeeya may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
